I'm an enthusiastic and talented designer with over 15 years experience with Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator & 5 years experience as a sole Graphic Designer for a design, web house. Since having my beautiful daughters, I've branched out into freelancing, producing a further 9 years of high standard work that has been driven by client input and forward creative thinking. I love to work closely with my clients in order to create and build long lasting relationships and take great pride in producing work that meets the clients’ needs.
'Stick it Brit' came to mind through the thick of lockdown 2020 when my eldest daughter was homeschooling.
Every Friday she would have a group class virtual spelling test but always struggled to remember the tricky words. Having plenty of stationary supplies including sticky pads. She soon realised that repetition (sticking notes everywhere) is the key to real learning.
'Stick it Brit and the ABC picnic surprise' soon followed in winter lockdown 2020. This humorous sequel captures Brit desperately teaching her little sister all about the ABC by labelling food for the surprise picnic tea! But this picnic is all in a muddle when her baby sister gets involved causing all sorts of mischief.
Both books are aimed at KS1 readers. Book 2 in particular will encourage children to read to their younger siblings (or whoever wants to listen) whilst providing inspiration for engaging in endless alphabet fun.

You can choose your own special wording to have incorporated within the print, 20+ meaningful words can be used and duplicated, plus a personal message below the artwork can be added to finish the piece off nicely. Photos can be provided through email jenny@thekilnscreative.co.uk Please note: photo background tend to be removed to create the full affect, High resolution images (300DPI) would be preferred and head shots are best suited for the maximum wow-factor results. Some photos may not be suitable i.e. busy group shots or distance imagery but you will be informed and further discussion will be carried out.
